What you sign, and why
Before any camera is lifted, three separate legal documents are signed. Each is specific, enforceable, and permanent. Together they form an unconditional framework of discretion and ownership.

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
Binds both parties to absolute confidentiality. No identity, location, or material may be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances, save by valid court order.
Services Contract
Sets out the agreed scope, pricing, visit dates, and delivery terms. Non-cancellable once signed. Additional days charged at the same agreed rate.
Client Services Agreement
The full engagement terms including copyright assignment, data destruction obligations, and delivery conditions. Copyright transfers entirely to you on completion of the engagement.

1. Confidential Information includes without limitation all video recordings, photographs, raw footage, audio, production files, client identities, estate names, locations, event schedules, and all personal details.
2. Each party agrees not to disclose, share, transmit, or publish any Confidential Information to any third party whatsoever, including individuals, organisations, media, or digital platforms.
3. All materials are transferred entirely to the Client on completion. Upper Productions retains no copy, backup, or duplicate of any material after confirmed delivery.
4. Disclosure may only occur where required by a valid court order. Both parties shall notify the other in advance to the extent permitted by law.
5. Obligations are permanent and survive indefinitely from the date of signature regardless of the completion of any engagement.
