All primary production is captured at a minimum of 4K cinema resolution, with capability up to 8K on select engagements. Your archive will remain relevant indefinitely as display technology evolves.
Audio is captured on broadcast-standard microphone systems with professional field recording. Ambient sound, natural acoustics, and any spoken content are preserved with complete fidelity.
Aerial cinematography conducted by a CAA-certified PFCO pilot with A2 Certificate of Competency. All operations on your private estate, with full public liability insurance in force.

Every production is edited, colour-graded, and audio-mixed on professional post-production systems to the standard expected of broadcast and streaming platform delivery.
All post-production work is performed on air-gapped, offline workstations — systems with no network connection at any point. Your material is never exposed to internet-connected environments during editing, grading, or export.
The finished film is scored with either locally commissioned Highland music or our curated selection of royalty-free compositions, licensed exclusively for your private production.
Every individual who attends a production on behalf of Upper Productions is professionally qualified in their discipline, personally reference-checked, and vetted to the standard expected of those who are present on private estates.
Camera operators, sound recordists, and post-production editors are formally trained and hold relevant professional qualifications or credentials. No role in an Upper Productions team is filled by an untrained individual.
All personnel are personally reference-checked and vetted before any engagement. We do not use unknown freelancers or unverified contractors. The people who attend your estate are known to us and trusted implicitly.
Every member of the team — not just the company itself — signs the same Non-Disclosure Agreement as Upper Productions before attending any production. The obligation to absolute confidentiality extends to every individual present.
